Compound Bow Wall Mounts
I had a customer reach out a couple of months ago, looking for a simple but attractive wall mounting solution for his compound bow. Different bows can have a wide variation in limb width, which would dictate the distance a universal mount would need to extend from the wall. These were made to be just wide enough to support the widest limbs I could find reference dimensions for. The supporting structure was designed to allow bows of any width within the maximum dimension to sit comfortably, centered on the mounts.
Smooth lines and rounded edges were used to improve the aestheric, while maintaining a simple and sturdy look. A two-piece design with a dovetail-style joinery allowed the mounting screws to be hidden from view (see the video below for example installation and the gallery below for more detailed photos).
These mounts can be used as a pair to support the bow horizontally (see below), or a single mount can be used to hold the bow from one corner of the limb and riser (see the last image in the gallery below). If there is enough engagement, I will add these to my list of offered products in the future!
